As a Human Resource Director, I was responsible for overseeing the Human Resource function within the organisation. I was particularly involved with strategic conceptualisation and implementation of people projects and practices in the organisation, as my primary goal is to create an agile and enabling environment that supports the organisation in achieving business results. I bring over 19 years of experience to my role, spanning over 4 industries, namely Banking, Education, FMCG and Pharmaceutical. The cumulative result of this diverse experience lies in the sound expertise gained in key strategic Human Resources and Business topics including Labour Relations, Recruitment, Training & Development, Organisational Development, Transformation, HR & Business Projects, Change Management and Leadership. As a result of this background, my approach is very dynamic, and I bring a high level of commitment and energy to the work.
