Thabiso Shingwenyana is a serial entrepreneur who operates in the domains of art and farming. He is a freelance writer and an author who has self-published two books and a screenplay. He currently serves as the Marketing Director for UFAL (Umkhonto Farming and Logistics) and oversaw the successful launch of the “Orange Is Convenient” campaign. The “Orange Is Convenient” campaign was a marketing strategy that was conducted with the aid of social media influencers. Pictures that met the criteria were requested from these social media influencers and were later altered to meet the goal of the campaign. The campaign was a tremendous success and was met with a lot of engagement on social media. In 2017, he completed a capstone project on Social Media Marketing from Northwestern University – a course that was offered through online platform Coursera.
