Performing daily Tool-Box talks which includes: Checking PPE prior to task performance team prior to perform their daily tasks Doing Continuous Risk Assessment with the- Reminding the team about company policies 2. Performing Site Inspection which includes: Toilets Inspection Machinery Inspection Inspection of working areas Fire extinguisher inspections Tools Inspections Construction vehicles inspection Chemical Substances Inspections Checking Rain Gauge if necessary Drinking water Inspection of material stores 3. Applying a basic first-aid where it’s needed 4. Carrying out Incident or Accident investigation where it’s necessary 5. Updating the Health and Safety File 6. Conducting Inductions which may include: Training the workforce about site rules Training about emergency preparedness plans
