This was followed by appointment as director and principal of a TVET College and senior management in the Department of Higher Education and Training. Skills development facilitation, and performance management - learning and development training therefore, and the creation of the culture of excellence - were part of the human resources strategy decisively included in strategic and operational planning and execution as it undergirds all developments of an institution.
