I studied Human Resources Management and graduated at Vaal University of Technology in 2005. In 2007 I got temporarily employed at Standard Bank as a frontline teller, it took me only 9 months as a temp and got permanently employed on the 10th month as a front-line teller. This work experience helped me a lot as I was working with people it assisted me to be the peoples’ person in that I had to be in my customers’ shoes in order to understand what it is that the customer wants to be assisted with. In 2010 I got employed at Maluti A Phofung Local Municipality as a Human Resources Generalist, this was my first experience in working within the Human Resources Division and I passionately learned everything within the division from scratch. There is never a moment where I will say I can’t do a thing I am always willing to learn and that is what kept me growing within the Human Resources Division. I worked with Leaves, Salaries, Payroll Inputs, Employee Benefits, Labour Relations, Employment Equity, Compensation for Occupational, Injuries and Diseases, Skills Development. In 2013 I got employed at Thabo Mofutsanyana District Municipality as a Chief Personnel Officer this position was a senior position and it also gave me a better understanding of Human Resources Management as it was a senior position I had an experience to represent the employer at a Local Labour Forum, directly resolved labour disputes, such as Grievances, Salary Disparities, Leave Disputes and even form part of the Interview Panel. In 2015 I got employed as the Human Resources manager in Thabo Mofutsanyana District Municipality where I implement policies, communicate collective agreements to staff, review policies, submit employment equity plans, submit return of earnings, chairing interview panels, approve adverts. I am a hard worker and a person that is always willing to learn. I am a people’s person in that I understand what the person needs in order to be able to assist. I want to grow within the Human Resources Management and by growing it only means that I have to move on in order to learn more. I am willing to work for any organization that has the Human Resources Management Division.
