Good day I am employed by the Gauteng Provincial Government, as a Service delivery Rapid Response Corridor Manager- Responsible for Tshwane Region on monitoring Service delivery issues. I am a former Customer relations consultant in the Office of the Premier in the IT department working as an IT analyst (Computer Technician Specialist) on the IT Help Service desk; servicing all the GPG employees. My Thirteen (13) years extensive working knowledge of the public sector. Management level Knowledge, experience and understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and related Public Service frameworks is a bonus. I was also seconded to a Management position for 3 yrs. (2017-2019) as a Deputy Director Change and Diversity Management, where I Monitored all 14 Provincial Government Departments on Transformation. My focal points are Diversity and Change Management, which encompasses the monitoring of Women Empowerment and Gender Equality Protocols; Persons with Disability and Job Access Strategic Framework. (employment of designated groups, which is Women, Youth and Military Veterans). I am responsible for monitoring the GPG 10 Pillars for Radical Transformation Strategy- thereby involved in the Planning; Monitoring and Evaluation process of the Department (OOP) and its transversal 14 Departments. Including Policy formulation and Organizational Development. I possess a qualification on Covert operations and Investigations services, with relevant experience and corporate management expertise. I also worked for Eskom, as the Customer relations Officer. My current job adds value on a broader spectrum and clientele as I deal with service delivery issues for our communities in Gauteng. I am part of a Premiers service delivery project called the War Room (Ntirhisano Project) where the focal point is customer care. I serve on various departmental committees within the Office of the Premier such as the Employment Equity Committee; where I tackle and monitor Transformation and Corruption in Gauteng Provincial Government, including municipalities. I have also participated in the former Department of Finance as a Strategy Development and Organization Design Consultant. Also, managed Departmental Skills Development; Change Management and Transformation of the then GSSC, GDF and E-Government departments. My academic qualifications add value as I am qualified on various fields of reliable competencies and consistent leadership and strong management skills which includes; competencies in Strategic Capability and leadership, Programme and Project Management, Financial Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Delivery Innovation, Problem Solving and Analysis, People Management and Empowerment, Security Services, OHS protocols, Client Orientation and Customer Focus.
