Thami Xulu is a Certificated Engineer with a Government Certificate of Competency in Factories (GCC Ticket) and B-Tech Degree (Mechanical Engineering) qualifications. He also has a vast experience in Engineering from Project Management, Process Engineering, Plant Maintenance, Engineering Management and Occupational Health and Safety - whilst appointed as GMR 2(1) under the General Machinery Regulations of Occupational Health and Safety Act No.85 of 1993. As a manager he had been responsible for Maintenance Dept, Electrical Dept, Instrumentation Dept, Cold End & Packaging Dept, and Occupational Health & Safety Dept. Thami Xulu had also been involved in Leadership Programs like License To Lead (Facilitator – Pro Talent People Management Solution), Activate (Facilitator – IDG South Africa), Engineering Management 101 (Facilitator – Mike and Ian Consulting), Consol Good to Great Leadership Program; and currently busy with Leader as Coach Programme (Facilitator – CYCAN) .
