I am currently employed as a senior installations dispatcher at the Universal Project Management Company, for a year and a few months now. As a senior dispatcher I have had to develop my communication and problem solving skills, for example one of my main duties is to engage with the customers to schedule, update and follow up on the service provided to them by the organisation. On a day to day basis working to co-ordinate teams, and assist customers with their individual requests. I have also gained extensive experience in administrative and clerical skills, affording me experience and familiarisation with software such as the Monday boards, MS Office and a scheduling application created by our clients. I have dedicated myself to bettering myself and going above and beyond to execute my duties to my best of my abilities, so much so that I was promoted to the position of Senior dispatcher after being with the organisation for only 7 months. Before I even applied for this position I closely evaluated the job description, specifically the required qualifications the skills and abilities and the education that you were seeking. I then did my research on the culture of the organisation, the mission statement and current events in the media. I find that I am not only a qualified candidate, but I am a prepared candidate. I’m prepared to address the unique challenges presented to this industry.
