I have worked from home/remotely for 1 year 2 months at CodeX working as a web developer and that required a high speed internet as we used certain softwares required high speed. With that said, I can assure a stable internet connection. I have more than 3 years customer service experience (retail, insurance, utlities) through phone calls, emails, chat and direct or face to face interactions and I did not include every company on my resume as it will look cluttered. I have also gained experience working with international customers at CX-international and it is a UK based company supplying energy for customers (electricity and gas). I have up-skilled on working under pressure since we have to respond to 4 customers at a time within 3 minutes SLA time. Mastering attention to detail, managing time, organising, technical skills and working independently to achieve my goals, my to-do list and my planning became my daily habit because of the profession I serve on a daily basis. I also want to bring my experience in software skills and my passion for finding creative solutions to help the company excel in customer service, I also create fun, innovative, accessible, and fast teamwork. I try to leave every bit of code I touch more readable, modular, performant and accessible than I found it. I have experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with other frameworks to design and develop. With these coding skills, I have advanced my research skills for types of technologies I need for my projects and how to use them especially for web development as it is my specialization. Beyond front-end coding chops, I’m also passionate about writing and sharing what I’ve learned both with my teammates and the broader web community. I really value the ability to not only perform web development work but also help others improve their craft, because I’ve gained so much from others sharing their skills and knowledge. And I also tend to help bring out a clearer sense of purpose and encourage clearer communication, resulting in better team results and a higher sense of satisfaction for all involved.
