While working as a part time receptionist at Boston City Campus and Mpumalanga Economic Regulator, I was provided with an opportunity to learn about customer service principles and operate a multi-line telephone exchange. I have a diploma in financial accounting and Sage Pastel was one of my majors. I am familiar with scheduling meetings and appointments to provide a strong administrative support system to the office. Moreover, I can work efficiently in a fast-paced and high volume environment because of my interest in interacting with diverse people. My excellent problem resolution capability would help me handling any crisis in a controlled manner.
