I have a diploma in Food Technology which is coupled with 5 years of experience, of which I have one year in QA/QC as a trainee where I was exposed to chemical and microbiology lab. The four years I worked as a QC technician where I was more based in the factory. Throughout my experience I have learnt how to maintain QMS, PrPs, GMP and HACCP. I hold a FSSC 22000 certificate. I am passionate about Food Technology and The Quality of foods and wish to expand my skills as management is concerned. Future plans is working towards obtaining a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma and an ISO 9001: 2015 QMS certificate to add on my skills and knowledge so I can be more effective in waste reduction and be more efficient in productivity.
