My name is Thulisa Grootboom, I am currently 26 years old. I completed my matric in 2015 at Jeppe High School For Boys, I then went on to study further at the North West University where I completed a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Law with Industrial Psychology. My experience in pursuing my degree has taught me a great deal in the field of law, in particular labour law as I take huge interest in that space. Coupled with Labour Relations Management I have been equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in work place dynamics and how labour law mechanism ought to be applied. I am also knowledgeable in the area of Personnel Psychology, in that I am able to work in and understand team and group dynamics, how to use emotional intelligence to get the best results for the greater good of the team and organisation. My previous work opportunity was at Stock Market College where I worked as a Sales Consultant and was tasked with Outbound calls to set up meetings and pitch the company’s product to potential clients. I learnt a great deal in working with people in team setups and being a valuable asset in any work environment I find myself in. I am equipped with telephonic etiquette skills as well as proficient computer literacy skills such as MS Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. I believe I would be a great addition to the anybwork family as well as a valuable asset in any company given the opportunity.
