I started in the in the banking enviroment as a call centre agent, I then became a 2IC and assisted all the complaints and escalated queries followed by damage control when needed. I then became a finance consultant who assisted with loading applications and admin for the department. I received training and completed the complete fin process and the underwriting for the finance. I have very good listening skills and attention to detail. I can provide very good customer service and can work as part of a team and as an individual.
