As a previous Franchise Manager professional with over years’ experience, I know my diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset. I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries, mostly in cooperate companies where I was not just a Customer Relationship Rep, a Training Consultant nor a Franchise Manager, I was a guru in my roles. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in everything I do. In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to my work. I offer workflow-based learning with a focus on client outcomes and best practices to new and existing clients or associates. Also I act as a change agent to help in changing the behavior of the staff, operators and learners from all levels. Another core responsibility is to facilitate and develop training programs. To evaluate current training and educational programs and suggest ways to improve or replace existing programs and also work together with functional experts to develop programs that achieve. In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to my role. One of my projects involved growing franchisee network: Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee specific business plans and budgets, Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark, and suggest corrective actions where necessary. Protect brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes. (The result? A five-year, successful operational business) Last but certainly not least, I want you to know that I’m passionate and a go getter..
