I worked in the banking environment and it exposed me to different skills. In my banking experience, I was in charge of monitoring and reconciling of General Ledger accounts. I was also in charge of tracking and tracing of internal and external mail. While I worked there, I also assisted clients in the frontline with sales, queries and complaints and directing it towards the right consultant or department, and still remaining in contact with the client for feedback. In my experience, I was also in charge of deliveries between different branches and ensuring all internal and external mail was delivered in due time. I was in charge of reports in the branch, and I am willing to learn different management skills that may be required for this job.
