I am and always have been passionate about people, I completed my BA degree in Management and Development, majoring in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations management. I have worked as an HR Business Partner and Account Manager fulfilling much the same role with a call centre staff ranging between a 150 to 400 agents. I worked as an Account Manager at Kelly for 8 years doing temp and perm recruitment and managed temp staff at various sites during this period. I am currently refreshing my skills via online courses and keeping up to date with the current-Covid measures from an HR perspective in the work environment. I have a unique ability for attention to detail and have managed the payroll input for the above-mentioned staff throughout my tenure as HRBP and Account Manager on MTN site.
