I have 19 years’ experience as an Oracle database administrator, I have a http://www.******.***. degree in computer science and a master’s degree in information technology. I am Oracle certified for database versions 10 and 11, Real Application Cluster administration 10 and 11 and for Exadata X-2. I have worked for small businesses and for large enterprises and have been responsible for Oracle databases versions 8i to 18c on platforms ranging from Windows to AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, Oracle Enterprise Linux and Red Hat Linux. I have also been responsible for Oracle engineered systems like Exadata and Super Clusters ranging from version X-2 to X-7. I have been involved in many database upgrade and patching projects and cross platform database migration projects. I have extensive experience on Real Application Clusters, Grid Infrastructure and Automatic Storage Management ranging from version 10 to 18c including installation, administration and upgrades. I have a strong background in working with Oracle support via documentation and service requests using Oracle’s preferred diagnostic, troubleshooting and information collection tools. I can work long hours, during or out of office hours. I can work on my own or in a team and have the patience to mentor less experienced colleagues.
