I am a qualified Paralegal with 17 years experience in the Conveyancing and Real Estate Law Division, as well as experience with Contractual Law which includes the drafting and management of contracts. My expertise lies in transfers, including conventional, sectional title, deceased estates, divorces, commercial, developments etc. I do have experience in bonds, however, not with the Top 4 Banks so I am unfamiliar with the systems but I'm a fast learner. I'm completing my LLB Bachelor of Laws at the end of 2020 whereafter I will be in a position to apply and register for my Articles / Candidate Attorney. I have some general experience with other legal departments and am willing to assist where I am able to. I am meticulous in all my work, which includes layout, spelling and grammar of all correspondence and documentation, I am also willing to assist with general office administration, work and secreterial / personal assistant roles in order to ensure that all requirements and expectations are fulfilled. I also volunteer with our local Community Police Forum (CPF) in two different voted in positions, which has become a valuable relationship that has been built up especially with my knowledge of Criminal Law and Procedure.
