Been working in the petrochemical field for almost 5 years now in various refineries around South Africa. Experienced in shutdowns for the maintenance of equipment at the refineries where we manage teams to work together to reach our deadlines safely, as well as maintaining high quality work ethic. Deal directly with the client to fulfill their needs, project management, experience with excel, PowerPoint and word, tracking of work progress, scoping of work scope requirements before shutdown, giving feedback to the client on daily progress. Can work under pressure and hardly ever stress. Good with time management ensuring job is executed to the best of my ability. Received quality excellence award in 2017 and 2020 from my company (SNC Lavalin) for executing a safe shutdown with my team with no leaks on startup. Owned and managed my own Mobile DJing company from 2007 to 2015 during my years of studying. Completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering through Durban University of Technology. Completed my B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering through Unisa Completed two Comrades Ultra marathons (90km) in the years 2014 and 2015. Hiked to Everest Base Camp and 3 passes in 2019. Fit, exercise regularly and passionate about anything that's regards outdoors and adventure.
