I have been training across all industries since I left the corporate arena in 2003. I am a registered Wholesale and retail Assessor and have done 4 Learnerships with a variety of service providers. I am a member of a Toastmasters club and this has positively influenced my communication and presentation skills. My training style is to ensure diversity in the classroom and allow each learner to participate and contribute to the group dynamic. I run Customer Care and communication skills workshops and would love to work with corporates companies to enhance the required skills in their management teams.
