I have more than 10 years’ experience as project planner Roles; 1. Scoping, estimating, planning, resourcing and scheduling all activities associated with shutdowns. 2. Resource loading of activities, as well as optimisation and levelling in consultation with clients. 3. Issuing look-aheads and update sheets to all disciplines and trades, and tracking milestone dates, emergent/discovery works and variations to plan. 4. Supports monitoring and reporting on project processes, including S-curves, critical path analysis, float reports, earned value, and manning forecasts compared to relevant baselines.
