I have eight years experience in the Human Resources field. With that I have been an integral part of the Human Resources Department. I lead with passion for what I do. Ensuring that business objectives are met and furthermore putting "Human" back into Human Resources. I believe that in order for an organization to achieve its business objectives it all starts with employing the right people. My duties and responsibilities were, however not limited to; Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Audit and Data accuracy with weekly/ monthly payroll, Performance Management, Benefits and Compensation, Adhoc reporting, Employee Relations, HRIS and Training & Development. I am currently completing a Programme in Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6) with the University of South Africa. I have passed the following modules; Human Resources Function, Training & Development and Labour Law. I am awaiting my examination results for Organisational Behaviour in order to obtain my qualification. With the knowledge gained over the years in my various roles, I have the ability to lead a team, handle problems, illustrate confidentiality in all aspects and building strong relationships across various departments and not just within HR.
