Personal Profile I would describe myself as someone who is self-driven, honest, caring, intelligent and ambitious. I have always been an achiever, be it academically, professional life or any other field in my life. I am a hard-working person who works thoroughly and pays attention to detail in my work. I am a flexible person, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I am creative and engage in my work with enthusiasm. I enjoy a challenge, whether it comes from learning or doing. This allows me to test my boundaries and to expand them by challenging myself. I find it very productive working in groups because I am exposed to different or alternative ways of thinking. I am also very capable of working on my own. Career Objectives I believe long term goals are achieved when we break them into smaller achievable goals. My short-term goal is to start a career in an organization that is progressive, and performance driven. I wish to join a competent team where I can add value to projects and in turn, learn from colleagues. My long-term plan is to secure a challenging position as Human Resource Manager or Labour Relations Consultant in the organisation and deliver my best.
