I am a hardworking individual who strives for the best; with advanced and faster learning ability that allow me to grasp new concepts easily. I am currently a Senior Instructional Design Specialist, and I am afforded an opportunity to liaise with various stakeholders in the development of training material, with the main focus on the blended learning i.e. e-learning and face to face training intervention. I am passionate about learning and development within the financial services sector. It is imperative to note the ever-evolving learning technology and how it can impact and change the future of learning. I spend two years as a training consultant where I learned various learning and training methodologies of adult learning. I was identified as a future pioneer leader and enrolled me on a yearlong future leader course by one of the biggest financial services company in Southern Africa. I have recently completed the Instructional Design course which allows me to understand the correlation between design(technology) and learning. If selected for the post, I would endeavour to drive the culture of agile learning and to ensure learning and development is the engine of the company.
