Hello My name is Tumisho Kgwete, an artistically inclined individual with a heart for the arts; business growth and development. I have experience in Marketing; performing arts; administration; education; training and business development. All of the above are driven by one motive, and that is growth and/ or development, both personally and communally within my environments and however far I can reach. I am a hard working, persistent and patient individual, that enjoys engaging with people and working to learn new skills. I am goal driven and observant in all I do, which helps me to be aware of the people I work with in order to find the most efficient and effective ways to meet targets and goals with the resources and skills we each have, while enjoying the work we do. I believe in productivity in a human centric manner as I see no point in innovation if it is not for the betterment and benefit of the human experience on earth. I believe I am an eloquent individual, who knows how to regulate her emotions well, and adjust to almost any environment I am placed in. I am also a strong believer in respect and ethics, leading and moving with integrity wherever I am present. I love nature and enjoy the beauty and benefits of its flow in our daily lives and am very conscious of my contribution to it’s continued existence. Although I am not too involved in politics, I am frequently clued up about current affairs and the state of the world, making me somewhat knowledgeable. I find peace in only progress and no unproductive activities, and am an independent thinker who is able to take criticism, as well as able to give it respectfully. All in all, I am a well rounded young lady, full of ambition and passion for things that make life interesting, fun, productive and meaningful. I believe that in all I do and attempt to accomplish, I invest my all and so making me a key member of any potential team I am to be a part of. Not only do I represent the community and or company I may work within well, but also respect myself enough to be held accountable for my actions, regardless of my circumstances or work environment. I truly believe in my capabilities confidently enough to go for anything I put my mind up to and that makes me a game changing teammate, ready to learn; develop and help better the world.
