I have a passion for our country and its breath-taking destinations, that is why I studied tourism management. I also have a passion for helping people and exceeding customer expectations of which my 10-year customer service experience and achievements are proof. I also have over ten years of administrative experience and it is within my nature to be organised and get things done quickly and effectively. My friendly can-do attitude and good interpersonal skills allows me to excel in any customer service role. My focus is to resolve any matter as friendly, efficiently and timely as possible leaving well satisfied customers that will return time and again. I am comfortable in dealing with customers, on the phone, face to face and on e-mail. I am highly motivated, and goal orientated. I can work well on my own and in a team.
