I am a friendly, extroverted person who communicates well on all levels and I have a great desire for helping others. I enjoy spending quality time with my family & I am an avid sports fanatic who enjoys partaking in a variety of sports. My passion in life is to be a well renowned Chef who will make a valuable contribution to the Culinary World. A highlight in my schooling career was during my Grade 11 Year (2017), where I was privileged to Job-Shadow at the 5 Star Michaelangelo Hotel in South Africa, under South Africa’s Culinary Olympic team member, Chef Trevor Boyd – this experience ignited my desire to pursue cooking as a career. I would like to be an inspiration & role model to young South Africans who are looking to pursue a career in the Food Industry.
