I recently completed my BComLaw Degree, with the end goal of achieving a post-graduate LLBand have been accepted to complete my post-graduate LLB. In addition, thereto, I have been working part-time, at Laubscher & Associates, in which my salient duties include, namely: - 1) delivering filing and pagination of various court documents; 2) drafting of affidavits, summonses and heads of argument; and 3) taxation and costs on all prescribed scales (high court and lower courts). I frequently interact with various clients and have built good relations with most sheriff offices. My interest in law is contract law, delict and litigation.
