I am strong passionated young ETD practitioner with more than 5 years experience, registered as a moderator and a assessor with ETDP SETA. In possession of ODETDP certificate Level 5, Youth Development certificate Level 4 and Bachelor degree in Human Resource Development . I worked for various organisations which include Rural Develoment and Land Reform in a National programme called NARASEC which develops disadvantages youth across South Africa. In 2016 I received a award as a Ambessoder of the programme and be promoted to be a training coordinator of all the trainings taking place in the college at Thaba Nchu NARASEC College in Bloemfontein (Thaba nchu) , my duty was to write reports, prepare learning materials including compiling SETA reports (moderation, Assessor) . I was then approached by Goldfield Tvet College to be a training coordinator for all development programmes run by the college, After the expiry of my contract, Ratidzo Training solution approach me to run their learnerships funded by different stake holders including NSF, SETA and others. My role was to develop the organisation, personal and career development on the employees until the expiry of my contract .
