I am currently working at Pioneer Foods Group as the Sales Administration Controller: EDI. I am responsible for releasing the EDI orders and resolving the queries around orders and also working on projects – preparations for customers that want to start placing their orders through EDI. I have worked at SMC Enterprise where I was working in the ERP Project at the City of Cape Town. I have been involved in different functional teams in this project: - worked in an Insurance Implementation Project, as the Junior SAP Analyst, where we had to implement the solution for the insurance claims of the City of Cape Town as they were currently processing their claims manually. I was also with the SD Team (Sales & Distribution), working as the Junior SAP SD consultant for the whole year of 2006. I have also worked as a Batch Scheduler in this project, where we were responsible to run the Billing and invoicing programs- making sure all the daily programs are scheduled correctly and where there are technical problems experienced- we find ways to fix them or contact the functional team responsible. I have started in this project as an intern, working at the Sap helpdesk (Agent) from December 2002, for six months (December - May) with Ndizani Info Communications, after I have completed the http://www.******.*** Honours (Information Systems) at the University of the Western Cape. I am currently busy completing my studies on Certificate Programme in Business Analysis
