My Skills set includes Industrial relations, Recruitment up to Director level, Excellent Management skills , Key Account management and new Business Development and Sales. I have over 15 years team management in the Recruitment Industry. I have been involved with the Recruitment Industry, supplying both in the Contract Labour and Permanent Placements sectors for the last 16 years. I have managed sales staff, operational staff, IR staff and recruitment staff for more than 20 years. I have done Interviewing and supplying of candidates from semi skilled to Artisans as well as up to Senior Management level as well as handled all IR issues (Hearings, MEIBC and CCMA) for the companies I have worked for as well as on a consultancy basis. I have managed and supplied sites that were up to 1000 people on Projects and Shutdowns and was involved with all IR related matters such as Counselling, Hearings , work stoppages, strikes (illegal and legal) The past 8 years have been on large sites of Sasol and Eskom where we supplied to contractors such as Kentz, DB Thermal, Stefanuthi Stocks, Babcock and directly to Sasol, as well as to workshops that are part the MEIBC. I have managed and controlled budgets, targets and forecasts for the relevant area I was responsible for as well as mentoring and guiding the team. I was employed at Algorax (manufactruring envorinment) in Port Elizabeth from 1991 to 2003 in the HR and Finance departments and was in charge of the HR department for 4 years of my employment there. The biggest differentiation after price is CLIENT SERVICE levels and I have an Excellent record of this. Perseverance and continued change managements is the key to Success.
