I am currently working as Director Finance & Operations. The position entails preparation of required data regarding revenues, costs, profits, productivity, capacities for the company management. Support of the company management in financial planning and decision making through preparation of analyses. Preparation of monthly cash flow report, quarterly risk report and quarterly financial report for South Africa; Support of the CEO in the preparation of the Annual Financial Statement. Support of the CEO and controlling department in headquarters regarding the budget planning and forecasts for the two subsidiaries in South Africa. Operations exhibition management and coordination including vendor qualifications, selection, management and execution of building, show days and breakdown of exhibition. Budget control with regards to the shows / exhibitions as well as the companies. Negotiations and day to day communication with the venue owner and appointed service partners, especially with regard to the technical and logistical infrastructure of the show. Handling of technical requests from exhibitors , Increasing services sales and reduce cost. Support and the production of the exhibitor manual in coordination with headquarters and Support of the evaluation of sponsoring opportunities at the venue. I have obtained my CEM qualification through IAEE.
