Over the past 17+ years I have gained extensive experience and have been fortunate to have seen exceptional growth in my career to date. My experience as an HR Professional and Strategic Business Partner extends across all of the disciplines of Human Resources, including Skills Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Change Management, Culture Transformation, Remuneration and Benefits, Performance and Reward, Labour Relations, and the broader Generalist Human Resources arena.
