This has given me a wide range of transferable skills related to the job description including but not limited to: • Technical and commercial skills • Problem solving skills • Written, oral and presentation skills & • Customer service In my current role as a System, Desktop and Technical engineer, with company: Evolv Networks Pty ltd, I am responsible for attending to tickets logged by clients. We provide support/service for over 20 business, with each client having over 50-100 users/computers in their company. I deal mostly with their end-to-end desktop/client support whereby I; assess, troubleshoot and consult regarding updates, maintenance and upgrades, may it be remotely, or on-site. I’m dealing with general system administration and I’ve been introduced to Office 365 as well as Microsoft 365 and Azure which is ultimately the future of IT.
