I fully understand the role of being the interface between departments and/or individuals as part of service delivery. I am also fully able to understand priorities on both sides and have the ability to balance needs and focus on value adding initiatives I am what would be best described as a generalist. I have a lot of natural ability and a wide area of capability. I am an independent and straightforward worker who believes in honesty and openness at all times. You can count on me to notice what needs to be done and then – to do it. I am a firm believer of “Plan your word and Work your Plan”. This keeps me organised and forward thinking but can operate in chaos and have no problem with quick plan adjustments
