My experience in Human Resource Management extends over the period of 18 years. I currently hold a position of HR Generalist in the Public Health and Social Development Bargaining Council space. I have been serving the organization since March 2017, the council also recognized the impact I have made since my appointment. 2. I have also served for a period of five (5) years as Human Resource HR Manager policy and planning at Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency and another 5 as a Practitioner. Beyond this I have also served same organization as Human Resource Officer for a period of five years I have leadership skills acquired inside and out the spheres of a formal work environment such Executive Committees, Church Leadership; I have set in the highest executive committee meetings representing Corporate Services. 3. I have acquired reputable leadership, project management, report, dispute resolution, service delivery innovation, communication, collective bargaining and people management skills. 4. I currently hold a Matric, a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management and Dispute Resolution Practice with the University of Stellenbosch and currently studying towards a Masters Degree in Business Management . Intending to pursue my studies until PHD level. 5. Successes over the years: implemented four (4) turnaround strategies for the organization with success (Learning and Development, Retention, Talent and Change Management. Resource and IT policies for the Developed and Implemented Performance Management and Development System that was non-existent in the organization. 6. Organizational Committees that I was involved in are; Labour Management Forum, Employment Equity Forum, Organizational re-engineering committee, Job Evaluation / Grading Committee, Wellness Committee, Training Committee 7. Based on the above information I strongly believe that I’m rightly equipped to combine my professional synergies with the rest of your team in achieving its most noble goals.
