• Training & Facilitation - Deliver onsite training (Converged Portal) across entire JHB area for all Business Contract customer of Vodacom (SABC, Bidvest Group, SARS, SAPS, etc) over 20+ customers monthly - Ensure audience managed well as well as offer Skype/VC support sessions if need be (post training) - Ensure full knowledge and practical application is applied post training by follow up calls and usage experience reports - Deliver training across 6 sites (JHB x 2/ Cpt x 3/ PTA x 1) to over 1000 leaders in the business - Ensure audience managed well as sessions involved the likes of Company CEO (Craig Gibson at the time) to Team Leader - Ensure full knowledge and practical application is applied when system training was required for any new client we outsourced for Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc. - Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information - Conduct organisation wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed - Design and prepare educational aids and materials - Assess instructional effectiveness and summarise evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KIPS’s - Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design - Maintain updated curriculum database and training records - Provide train- the- trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
