A self-motivated and customer focused individual who has gained a significant amount of knowledge and experience through service roles at Mimmos and Adega as a server. I possess a wide range of skills with particular strength in leading, managing and developing others together with the ability to manage time effectively. Working as a Data Capture I managed to grow my in different aspects from the I.T side and being able to execute administrative duties involving minutes taking, typing of project reports e.g. To cap my working experience so far I currently work for the CANSA Association of South Africa as an Administration Support Officer, here I partake in marketing activities for the organisation ,Human Resources duties that include checking of log sheets and time sheets prior to line manager request, Month end Task include consolidating provincial highlight reports ,monthly summary of print media ,consolidating campaign plans and the financial report for the month. To add to that I coordinated to national projects the Avon project that was focused on providing free cancer screenings in the whole province in the month of November and secondly was the ABSA volunteer program that was focused on recruiting and training volunteers in respective towns in K.Z.N and help mobile Cansa (Cancer) awareness in the province. Additional task I have are to assist the Fundraising and Services Delivery Managers for K.Z.N with their administration work this includes minutes of meetings, events coordinating, checking of reports and consolidating reports for the province. Lastly I recognise the will to build and maintain relationships at all levels and enjoy the challenge of bringing about efficiencies for the business through inspiring teams to meet certain goals and personal objectives.
