Successful Support Engineer with 12 years’ experience, i am mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. As a Support Engineer my responsibility is to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization i.e. install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. I have a clear understanding of the Transact space in particular customer flows & MNO’s, USSD and VTU integration.
