My client of three years has been bought out by a large corporate company and after a year with this corporate company I realised that I was not cut out to be a corporate girl. I felt frustrated by endless meetings and since the arrival of covid – endless ZOOM MEETINGS and compliance requirements that stifled all creativity. I know how to multi – task and work diligently - I remained successfully self-employed for two years due to my complete self-motivation and self-starting capabilities. Thereafter I fulfilled a hands-on role in training and educating junior staff (4) to work with this new Cloud based accounting programme. I have managed that team remotely for a period of three years. I assisted my directors to keep focused on their business and provided a more refined and professional look and feel to their management reports with Intelligence reporting on Sage Business. Short term assignments include import and export and stock control I meet the Four E’s requirement: Ethics, Education, Experience and Examination for professional membership and am registered as a technical accountant with the ICBA (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and Accountants).
