I am a dedicated, qualified and proficient Human Resources professional. I have specialized in Learning and Development throughout my HR career in the various roles. I am proficient in the understanding and implementation of the Skills Development code within the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment. Throughout my career I have embraced new challenges within each of my positions as I believe in lifelong learning. I have worked with the younger generation through the learnership, internship, bursary and graduate programs that I managed in my role as Talent and Learning Advisor. Within these roles I have always played the role of coach and mentor to assist employees in developing themselves. I have engaged at all levels in the organisation including senior and executive managers. I am always willing to stretch myself and have taken on responsibilities outside of the Learning and Development role i.e. recruitment, employment equity, HR business partnering, policies and benefits, conflict management, change management, diversity and inclusiveness, performance management and competency framework management. I am goal-driven, meticulous and professional in meeting the needs of employees and organisation. Within my career I have always tried to play a mentoring and encouraging role to foster within employees to give their best and continuously develop themselves. I have done this by continuously improving my HR skills. Within my career I have always strived to work with integrity to empower, develop, nurture and coach within the HR guidelines to ensure that employees understand the impact on the organisation and themselves.
