Through the experience that I have gained at Eskom I have accomplished strong skills in providing excellent service to customers. I am able to efficiently resolve inquiries and complaints in a professional manner and provide prompt responses to phone or e-mail communication. Amongst many, my strength in character include, good time management, communication, organizational and writing skills. I am also computer literate and proficient in various computer software programs.
