My name is Zamukwanda Zulu. I have been in the hospitality industry for over fifteen years now. My passion for food is balanced by both experience and academic growth. I have been in the management position for eight years. I have the ability to communicate in all levels in the business environment. I can work in both back (in the kitchen, preparing and cooking) and front of house (inter-acting with the customers). I have the ability to lead a large number of staff, train them accordingly with relevant and productive information. I also can do administrative work, payroll processing. I am currently doing Project Management with Skills Academy, in 2010 I acquired an ISO 22000 in Food Safety and Auditing, in 2003 I obtained a certificate in Advanced Professional Cookery, thus I have the ability to order, set up a menu, costing and cooking.
