I pride myself on the number of organisation wide and cultural transformation implementations I have seen through from concept to execution which involve transforming peoples behaviours, ways of working and ways of thinking to adapt to the changes that benefit themselves and their surrounding environment in the future, which are often propelled by Social and Organisational Changes, Cultural Changes, Political Changes, Personal Development (Skills), Talent Trends, and changes to Human Capital Trends in the world of work. I thrive on the ability to interact with various stakeholders, as well as setting up and maintaining good honest working relationships. This talks directly to my ability to drive the process understanding human interaction, engagement, inclusivity , and equality and using my knowledge of human psychology to drive and build the behaviours that are required to aid people as they transition through personal and or professional changes and grow in their environments and organisations. My primary goal in life is to identify ways to enhance human capability and mental strength, develop leadership, emotional resilience and self-awareness capabilities and coping skills during times of change. This I believe is possible through the consolidation of science-based research, and a broad understanding of human capital, and the brain/behaviour relationships that we must respect and understand. Through this I believe we are able to develop a far more sustainable society, of people who are both mentally and emotional equipped to adjust to the rapid changes of the word and thrive at peaked performance in their everyday lives , personal and working environments.
