Working in a fast paced environment under pressure while remaining calm and dealing with angry customers and working hard to keep them happy. I can work under pressure keeping a can do positive attitude, and with the nature of my degree I will be able to deal with customers efficiently. For my course and understanding according of working to my deadline was essential. I found this subject very stimulating My believe is that every customer you see brings something different therefore everyday is a challenge. I consider myself to be professional, presentable, innovative, energetic and strongly believe giving the best service to our customers.
