Zinhle Mnikathi is a young, black and courageous female and is a strong believer in empowerment. Her research paper (ISBN 978-3-330-32014-7) has been published by the Lambert Academic Publishing where she assessed the socio-economic impacts on urban regeneration within the inner cities. She is a registered Professional Planner (SACPLAN) and a Corporate Member at the South African Planning Institute (SAPI). She has recently volunteered to assist in the revitalization of the KZN South African Planning Institute (SAPI) Region committee. She has extensive knowledge on Environmental Management, Spatial Planning, Project Coordination and Land Use Management Systems.
