I studied a BA in Fashion Buying and Merchandising at LISOF. During my studies I was afforded opportunities to work with companies such as; South African Fashion Week, African Fashion International (AFI) as well as Sportscene, to name a few. Through these opportunities I have been able to explore and gain experience in different avenues within the fashion industry. I have also been a student volunteer for South African Fashion Week as I understand the value of doing what you can to give back within your industry. It was my internship with The Threaded Man that helped me realise my natural hidden talent and passion for public relations and, my sit in pitch meetings with The Foschini Group media team that sparked an interest in media, communication and content creation. I am a driven and ambitious person who carries any tasks with a positive attitude. I try to see a silver lining in even the toughest situations as I understand that there is always a rainbow after every storm. This makes perseverance one of my strongest strengths in addition to; collaborating to achieve goals, problem - solving and clear effective communication.
