I hold a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry at Nelson Mandela University and I recently completed a BTech in Quality Management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology that will be awarded in April 2021 . I was then appointed at PPC Cement since 2017 as a laboratory analyst where I got an opportunity to attend a leadership course as I have 4 lab testers reporting to me. I was also sent to do an assessor course to be able to do training and job observations on laboratory testers and interns for competency. I am a very hardworking person and I am flexible to do any kind of work in the laboratory even if I do not have previous experience in. I am reliable, and I work well under pressure and I also partake in laboratory internal and external audits. Being at PPC taught me skills such as good communication, leadership and I have and ability to follow work instructions, analyse data as required and compile report writing. I have learned about the importance of quality, the accuracy of results and knowledge of quality control standards and specifications.
