I am a qualified learning and development consultant, looking for a freelance opportunity. My skill sets include: • Successfully analysing and identifying training needs • Creating learning programs and implementing learning strategies • Developing and designing learning content including e-learning (Articulate 360) • Facilitating classroom and virtual sessions • Assessing, monitoring & reporting on learning programmes • Coordinating internal and external training activities In addition to my experience as a learning and development specialist, I have worked in the customer care environment as a consultant and team leader.
