Good day. I recently learnt online that the business internship opportunity is now open for application. As a BCom honours graduate from the University of Johannesburg, I would like to express my interest in the opportunity, as a young professional and aspiring entrepreneur looking to develop myself and accelerate my career. My working experience stems from being a production assistant for a local arts NPO, from there I moved to being an admin assistant for a management consulting company, as well as most recently I had an admin internship at MunichRe of Africa, which was quite an experience. These various administrative roles have helped me develop my MS Office proficiency, they have also challenged and developed my leadership skills, especially in terms of communication and research. They have also exposed me to how projects work, and have therefore further stimulated my interest in project management. In 2019, I also had the opportunity to be a tutor at the University’s Department of Information and Knowledge Management, which definitely groomed my people skills.
